The Role
Very much so I initially struggled to get to grips with the work but once I got myself up to speed I
Extremely valued each of my colleagues treated me as part of the team and got in involved in the different aspects of the work. Each would help me when needed and vise versa.
My manager helped me a lot initially with confidence especially. I was felling quite down and low as I wasn't grasping the work as quickly as Id hoped and he told me to not panic about it because it would come with time.
Very busy working to dead lines to get testing cleared up for a specific date.
Quite a lot of responsibility. I was mainly responsible for testing the UEK and OVM operating systems. All of the iSCSI testing was carried out by me.
Extremely helpful as it will help me with my final year projects and modules
The Company
Great vibe a very positive place to work
I took a few months to get me the right equipment to carry out specific work so during that time I was using different machines as I had no equipment set out for myself as all the equipment was being used at it was in the middle of a major project.
Not much I was given videos to watch upon my arrival
