The Role
It was a fantastic year, very valuable to all my previous skills and skills developed.
I definitely did, whether it was them asking me for work to be done, or trusting me with separate tasks unrelated to my normal day job.
This could have been better but was difficult for me as I'm the first one to be put in this role so it was a slight trial and error!
I was a mix - because I worked on client requests it was either really busy or the complete opposite. The work always changed which was great.
At the start not so much, but now towards the end it has been fantastic in how much they trust me to get the work done.
Everything I have learned will stay with me for the rest of my life. Even if I go down a different employment path the skills learned here are incredibly valuable - and future employers will acknowledge and understand this.
