  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Enjoyed my time at 3M enormously. The knowledge I gained will stay with me for years to come. The social activities within IT department are regular which made the placement that much more special.

    • I felt like a key member of the team, and my work was valued by colleague and managers.

    • Your colleagues and manager are always available and willing to help and answer any question you have.

    • There are times when days are extremely busy.

    • If you are able to demonstrate ability, you will have endless responsibility.

    • The experience gained at 3M has now enable me to secure a graduate offer from a major Investment Bank.

    • The IT staff and atmosphere in the office was amazing.

    • We had numerous training session during the year, both on the job training and classroom based. Including, Presentation training, Time Management, and Technical training to support you in your role.
