The Role
Great opportunities to explore beyond the role and get involved, very important for everyone I think.
January corporate restructure added pressure.
Strong training and development programmes available.
Sometimes busy but provided with a lot of flexibility by the company.
Given opportunities to be independent and work on real projects that had legitimate impact.
Definitely skills for beyond the degree, feel like it will help when entering a graduate scheme.

Great programme.
Not much beyond the compulsory or free training available.
