The Role
This was a fantastic experience, invaluable to my career and studies. Enjoyed every minute of it.
I felt valued and useful at all times. People got me engaged in work straight away. I was never treated like an intern, but rather as an employee. I felt as such as well! That motivated me to work and develop.
I have had support all along the way. My manager, mentors and colleagues have always been there for me for generic questions but also to discuss my individual career.
Very busy! In a good way. I always had something to do,
The level of responsibility grew along the way. In the end, I was organising and managing events in UK and outside with one other colleague. I got trusted with alot when I showed I could handle alot. I appreciate it so much. It has taught me a great deal.
Massively. I don't know where to start when describing how vast a variety of skills I learned during this time. Because people have been so open to share, I have been able to learn all from people skills, to technical skills to sales and marketing skills..
The Company
It was great. Very helpful and friendly.
Quite well. It depended on which person you took over from. I did not receive much guidance from the previous intern, but I got alot of support from my colleagues. I got to build the role into what it is, which has been one of my development points.
I have been welcome to attend all training sessions, just like a regular employee.
