The Role
I did really enjoy it, the Intern community was great.
I worked with the Senior Leadership Team so most were too busy to give me much time.
My manager was too busy for me and I was delegated to someone he manages, she was a massive help and provided me with a lot of support, before this I have very minimal guidance.
I was probably busy for 5 hours a day.
Working with the SLT I was given lots of responsibility which was great!
I will definitely take the working lifestyle back to uni with me in my final year so time management has gotten a lot better!
The Company
I was sat with other interns or graduates as a lot of managers now work remotely so it was pretty nice, I really like the open plan office system
Very well organised!
Not as much as I'd have liked but I understand why they wouldn't want to invest too much in us on the chance we wouldn't apply back through the graduate scheme.

Much more appealing than the benefits offered as an Intern!
The Culture
Yes very good social scene, every Thursday night there would always be a crowd heading to a bar after work!
Very very very expensive! But then London is! Thankfully IBM provided with a London allowance on top of our salary which helped a bit.
Not sure about the nightlife around my work but where I live it's great! There are some great bars on the South Bank though!
Yes tons! IBM have a program called Giveback where you can get involved with lots of activities outside of work.
