The Role
Really enjoyed, hoping I can return as a grad.
Very, after the handover you quickly become a vital part of the team - treated like any other employee.3
You have two managers, a "task manager" who is your day-to-day boss and a "PDM" who supports you throughout through meetings etc.
Busy enough to not get bored during 9-5 but also not too busy to be staying late every night.
Again, you are treated like any employee once you have settled in to your role.
A lot, pretty much everything has improved - really put me in a good stead for my future career.
The Company
Great, banter across lines of business and in your department.
Clear structure, meetings with your PDM every quarter to see how you are doing etc.
A lot, as well as the hand over from my predecessor I was helped through out by my managers.

Great there is a scheme made to get you a graduate job and various "UP to Grad" days in the South Bank offices
The Culture
Loads of sports teams, nights out etc. much like uni as there is such a big community of UPs.
Quite expensive, as I was based in Winchester, but IBM have various offices.
Okay, in Winchester there are more pubs than anything else. But again, IBM has numerous locations.
Yes, plenty of sports teams in and outside of IBM. Football leagues etc etc
