About You
It was both informative and interactive so I was engaged all the time and learned a lot.
We were treated very well, the employees wanted to talk to us and get to know us.
Everybody was really helpful, we could ask questions at any point and they would be answered.
It was an invaluable experience in this aspect. We were networking a lot and improved our social skills, also we very really busy so we had to manage our time and be focused constantly. We had to be enthusiastic and demonstrate our interest all the time which was a really beneficial practice.
The Company
Very well, I really enjoyed having more theoretical activities on the first day and then putting the things that I learned into practice on the second day. Games and presentations were nicely mixed on the first day.
Everybody was helpful and friendly, the environment was fairly relaxed.
We did a 'Discover your strengths' session and they gave us individual feedback after our group presentation which was really useful.
Roles in different divisions of the firm and different career stages were explained in great detail.
I met many employees and could see how they communicate and also we were told a lot about the values and priorities of the company.
The whole programme was aimed to introduce us to the firm and show what we could do in the firm and how we would fit in so this goal was achieved. Now I have a feeling of how my career would develop in this particular company.
Everything Else
We were given accommodation and our travelling expenses were reimbursed.
We were constantly surrounded by firm employees to help us and tell us more about their jobs.
We had plenty opportunities to network and met a variety of people. We had a 3 hour dinner at the end of the first day with many employees where we could socialize with them in a less formal environment but it was also a bit tiring after a very intense day to maintain our enthusiastic spirit for such a long time.
Yes, we were told a little about sports that employees do and other clubs they get involved in.
Absolutely, it is a priceless experience and also very fun.
