The Role
Was an excellent learning experience and i have gained a great amount of knowledge from this placement alone .
All staff members wherevery helpful and all willig o hep eout .
Every member off staff took time out to help me and took time to explain anything unfamiliar to me .
The ward was very busy this is one of the reasons i appreciate the amount of help i recieved. All staff where very busy caring for patients but always found time tto explain and help me out , even in their persoanl time .
During placment i was given alot of responsibilty but also alot of guidance also.
This placment was a great learning experience and helped me both in practise and in uni concerning learning.
The Company
Even when stress levels should of been high all staff remained calm and the enviroment was nice to work within
The placement had a great struture and everything was well planned.
