The Role
Received immense feedback on performance, ways to improve, and where they saw my growth headed.
Felt people were behind me from day one.
Intense summer internship experience was rougher than my friends' experiences at other banks.
Challenged to go beyond my role, sometimes to the point of being somewhat uncomfortable.
The Company
People do put their heads down and work for the most part.
Some parts handled extremely well, others (such as background checks) could have been done more cohesively.
Felt all resources were at my disposal.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
The Culture
In terms of nightlife, New York has far more to offer for budding finance careerists.
Never felt there was time to seek these out.
