About You
I really enjoyed the insight days. The whole experience was incredibly helpful, giving a fantastic insight into life at EY. Most of all, there was a relaxed yet professional atmosphere throughout which contributed to a friendly environment.
I felt incredibly valued by EY on the insight days. They are very good at ensuring that any concerns or questions you have are answered promptly. We were also treated to a delicious meal on the first evening.
No questions were left unanswered, and there was always a friendly face to go to if you had any questions.
The second day was particularly useful for developing personal and team skills, as we were given tasks to perform, including practice client meetings. The first day was more informative, meaning we knew enough to perform well on the second day, as well as gain an understanding of whether we'd be interested in joining the industry in the future.
The Company
The insight days were structured well, and I always had a good idea of what the next task/ talk would be.
The atmosphere was one of the things that surprised me most - I was amazed by how friendly and enthusiastic the insight days were.
They helped to get the most out of each individual, baring in mind everyones personal strengths and weaknesses.
We gained a good understanding of the day to day work of an EY worker.
We were given a good insight into the options (such as football teams) that you can be a part of while working for EY.
Everything Else
Yes, we had a very good meal where we could network with employees.
