  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • You may be treated as a full time member of your department during your year, however nobody will forget the fact that you are still a student and will require assistance from time to time. Quarterly reviews will be held with your manager to discuss your performance and to make sure you are heading in the right direction, if however it is felt that you are heading in the wrong direction your manager will guide and support you, in order to get back on track.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
