The Role
I experienced 3 different clients within different industries and also had the opportunities to do 2 weeks at a client site that was south of London and therefore required an overnight stay. I spent a day shadowing a senior partner and PwC also run a number of activities for interns through out the internship, including a group presentation project which my group won. The variety of work and the great support and new friendships formed made the experience really enjoyable. There were also a lot of extra activities you could join in on such as netball and running clubs, and friday night and end of the month drinks.
There was always something to do, but was not over worked and always found time to take a lunch break and the occasional coffee break and usually always finished on time.
I felt like I was given just enough that I felt an active part of the team and wasnt simply doing the jobs noone else wanted but yet wasnt overwhelmed as there was always someone near by to provide guidance.

The Culture
Was quite expensive because although you could claim expenses back you still had to pay for things in advance. On the away job I was worried that I would have to cover the cost of my hotel initially as well, but my people manager managed to organise for the manager of the client to put it on her expenses.
