The Role
It has inspired me to return to Mace after Graduation.
Fantastic team in the office i worked in.
Senior Managers are more than happy to sit down and help with any query whether it be project related or towards your personal development
My line manager was very good at being aware at how much work I could handle.
I had my own projects to manage as well as being an assistant on others. Also developed how we centrally reported to the client with guidance on hand when needed.
External training has been received on presentation and assertiveness skills which has been very valuable to my development.
The Company
Good range of personalities and experience. Fun to be around but work always took priority which was good.
Monthly invites, intranet help, a couple of staff dedicated to the scheme who could handle any questions.
You can tell how much belief they have in the graduates due to the amount of time taken into each site visit and training day. Senior Directors arrive without fail.
Flexi Time
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Secured sponsorship for my final year at university and a job after graduation.
The Culture
We would usually go out for a drink or food after the training days. Everybody bonded very well.
