The spring insight program helped a lot for my future career. After these workshops and speeches, I built a clear view of the banking structure and started to plan my career path as a future banker. Also, I learned a lot from a workshop that helped us to prepare for the assessment centre. This program got me fast tracked on the banking industry.

There were trading games and group works for us, also there was a workshop for us to prepare for the assessment centre.
There were speeches made by employees. They introduced their daily works and how they felt about their jobs. Also, there were networking events, during which we asked them questions about their roles in the company.
I always asked the employees why they chose to work for UBS or how they felt about the company. Through these answers, I began to understand the company culture of UBS.
These speeches and introductions really help me to decide on my future career path. Previously, I don't know whether to choose corporate finance or financial market. After these workshops, I made my decision.
