The Role
An amazing experience that has given me skills that I will take with me throughout future careers.
Amazing team.
I was very busy but I wouldn't have it another way. I spoke to my friends who were on different placements who had to constantly ask for work as they had nothing to do and spent the days watching the clock. I appreciated the busyness and the work I was given, my whole placement has gone by so quickly.
I was often given the responsibility to go to a client site on my own and represent the firm which although was overwhelming was an amazing experience.
The Company
The atmosphere was so friendly and helpful, people were always willing to help you and give you the time they had to take you through tasks.
I never expected to be doing such valued client work ( I realistically thought I would be making copies and doing the coffee run). The whole structure of the placement was great in this sense, providing me with training and allowing me to develop throughout the year.
There are so many personal training courses that are available online to the entire firm and PwC really invest in your development.

Company Parties/Events
If you perform well and shown an interest to return you will more than likely be offered a graduate job which is a great incentive for the placement year and final year at university.
The Culture
The placement students across PwC in the Belfast office met up on regular occasions which was a great chance to share experiences.
