The Role
A well varied role with high levels of responsibility. Great involvement with the company and a wonderful network with all other interns - a nice community!
Always felt appreciated, part of the team and not 'just' an intern.
Daily basis was dependent on my work load as I worked within the Events Department so leading up to the events my workload was, understandably, a lot heavier. Great management and team cohesion to ensure workload was managed correctly.
Responsibility varied from event to event however I was always responsible for a large aspect and was given extra responsibility and involvement.
I've definitely learnt more on the job and in real-life situations than studying therefore my placement has been extremely valuable.
The Company
Issues at the beginning regarding payday etc., however was sorted relatively swiftly.
