    • Really enjoyed it, it was different from other spring weeks as it was one week of work shadowing across different teams.

    • First two days quite a lot of support and then we were free to walk around the office and network

    • I learned quite a lot about macro policies and the impact in fixed-income investing

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Quite well, we had to attend some meetings but free to do walk around the office must of the time

    • Very good, specially the employees, very very friendly and approachable!

    • I had a personal buddy for the week, she helped in everything I need and took time off to help me, very present and supportive

    • A lot, I was seating with the actual employees everyday, doing work shadow.
