The Role
In general, I had a very good balance in my workload but there were times, especially in the first month where I often had nothing to do.
I was given the right amount of responsibility during my placement.
I certainly learned a lot while carrying out my internship but I would have liked the opportunity to undertake more training and development courses while on the internship but this was not available.
The Company
The atmosphere in the office is great, everyone is very friendly and approachable and there is a great social aspect to working there also.
The internship was not very well organized and it seemed that they were not prepared for my arrival at first.
There was little or no opportunity to get on training or development courses as an intern as places were reserved for permanent employees. But the company does have a wide range of self-taught courses available online.

Working from home
I got a permanent role with the company at the end of my internship.
The Culture
Yes there is a great social scene in the company. There are lots of employee engagement events and also a young employee network which organizes a number of events and outings.
It is very expensive to do this in Dublin.
There is a very good nightlife.
Yes there were a number of events organized and I was also a member of the sports and social club and got involved in a number of activities.
