The Role
I really enjoyed it and was an interesting year
Towards the end felt very valued but was still getting given a lot of admin work that wasnt helpful to my development
My manager was very good but as everyone had a high workoad it was often hard to get time to discuss my development
Most days i had enough to do, however it varied with not very much some days and too much that i had to stay late regulary some weeks
Towards the end i was given a lot of responsibility
will help managing work load
The Company
atmosphere was generally good but a lot of the time people were very busy and stressed
placement was strutured well
training courses which helped with my work
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Car
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
very appealing
The Culture
everyone was very social
I felt it was very high, as it was very tricky to find houses which werent expensive with no help from work in finding them
small place so very limited
i found they had to be organised yourself if you wanted to do them
