The Role
It was excellent. I had lots of opportunities and responsibility.
I never felt like an undergraduate, they always treated me as an equal employee.
I struggled at first, and could have done with additional support. Once I became more proactive then I received more support.
Extremely busy, I had a lot of projects and involvement
None of my projects weren't valued by my team which I feel describes my responsibility.
I will take back invaluable skills, especially on IT.
The Company
Good, everyone gets on well and likes to also do things outside of the office.
I think it could have done with more organisation in the induction process, otherwise it was great and I was fully integrated.
I never felt like there weren't opportunities than my department/brand weren't willing to put me forward for. I felt they thought the more invested they were in me, the better quality work and commitment I gave.
