The Role
Yes I enjoyed it very much and learnt a lot
I felt very valued after I changed job roles to get a larger workload
My manager was very supportive and help my development after I moved job roles. Before I had no objectives and got most of my development from my team.
Not always, the workload ebs and flows as there is never a daily task, everyday is different
I was given a lot of responsibility, much more than I previously expected
I don't think the actual work will help me with my degree in Economics but it will help with work ethic, communications skills, confidence, working style, working with other, etc.
The Company
The atmosphere was good. Very friendly. Often a lot of banter.
Not well organised when I first joined. No job description but it got better as it went along
There was a lot of training and development opportunities that I took advantage of. They do invest in you.
