The Role
The Company
General atmosphere was good, however - we had a lot of contractors and there was high staff turnover, this created some tensions on occasion.
The induction could have been improved, I didn't have a job role when starting, or job description, I belonged to a department though. Aside from that - very good!
There was a lot of invest in me as a person and professional, training courses and away days with my department were challenging and enjoyable.

Very appealing, although I think there could be more clarity about how to 'get on the ladder'.
The Culture
Very good.
Cost of living and socialising prices were quite high!
Quite expensive and limited.
Lots of internal and external opportunities!
