Good fun and part of a fairly young team - a great starting point.

Part of a young team so good atmosphere and nights out/ other events organised out of office
Barring minor hiccups with training introduction was pretty good.
Weekly 1:1s in which I was able to discuss personal development.

The Culture
Like being at uni - but with money
Brighton is a great night out but is not always the cheapest
Worthing, the town the site's in is OK but Brighton (20 min train away) is fantastic.
Plenty, loads to do - a car makes it easier too
