The Role
Amazing oppurtunities to ues a wide range of tests and learn many usefull skills to take back to uni
i felt like an important part of the team and we got on really well
my manager helped me whenever i asked for it and did so in a friendly manner
sometimes a little too busy but always manageable deadlines
I had many responsablitites including an in process test
Everything i have learned this year i feel will be helpfull in many situations at uni and after
The Company
we all got on very well
The company was very well organised but it took some effort to got mu uni to be clear on the requirements of the placement
they invested a lot of time and some skills that were not immediately need but were still good to have
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Subsidised Canteen
Financial Bonus
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
there is a future leaders program to become a full member of the company after uni
The Culture
there were 20 placement students and quite a young team so social events were quite common
socialising was great but the cost of living was higher than i was used to
great nights in Brighton close by but the town was average
there are oppurtunities but many are for full time employees and not contractors such as placement students
