The Role
I greatly enjoyed the diversity i experiences during my placement, in terms of the people, jobs and on going training.
PwC, excels on its provision of feedback. I was encouraged to continually seek and even give feedback from all jobs and projects, in order to continue my development. The provsion of a people manager was a great support to discuss progress and set targets. PwC also provides extensive feedback on your performance during the application for a prostion with the firm, which i found to be extremeley helpful.
At PwC, i really felt that i was given responsibility from day one, working and being in direct contact clients from the very beginning. However, i really feel that you were encouraged to take on as much responsibility as you wanted, giving you the ability to really make the most of the most of the many opportunities available.
The Company
The people and really very supportive atmosphere were, i believe, integral to how much i enjoyed my internship. My colleagues at all levels were extremely patient, supportive and genuinely interested, creating a challenging yet extremely enjoyable atmosphere/

The Culture
Although relatively few interns are taken on each summer within AIMS, typically just 3, during the internship from working on projects with other interns across service lines you were really encouraged to make connections with all the other interns. Additionally, the initial training with interns from all UK offices was a brilliant way to meet other other people interning with the firm.
