The Role
Great Year
Very valued so long as you networked and delivered on promises
Bad management at first, changed manager and great from then on
Fluctuated as role was somewhat project based
Lots - got to project manage and meet external clients
Skills will be very relevant for future career - degree not that applicable to real world though
The Company
Vibrant, young, creative atmosphere - lots to do and everyone very helplful
formal workplan, KPIs to hit, end of placement process for being offered the grad scheme, regular progress meetings
Given lots of responsibility to expand skillset, and given chances to travel abroad, go on training courses etc

The Culture
Yes, we all kept in contact, and also maintained social relationships with colleagues older/younger than us
Lived in London so expensive, as was the social scene - salary could have been a bit higher to support this
In the area I worked - none. But where I lived (London), something different to do every night if you wanted
Charity events, volunteering, bike rides etc
