The Role
- Great employability experiences. - Offer a great range of opportunities outside your role. - Excellent social life
- Very friendly. However not very close socialable with my team as they are alot older. Out of work hours I socialise with the other placement students and graduates.
- Management supported me well at the start ( when settling in). - Fantastic to have a Task Manager and a Personal Development Manager.
Role varies depending on the time of the year! However I always fins something to do e.g. shadowing.
A good amount for a placement student - although I would of liked more!
- Developed presentation, communication and innovative skills by my job role and other activities - that will help at university and beyond.
The Company
Good! However we know when to stop and get on with work when we are busy!
