The Role
It was an incredible year.
I feel my opinion was values far beyond what I would have expected, especially as I have not yet finished my undergraduate degree.
My supervisor and I met almost on a daily basis to discuss my project.
It changed from day to day, but typically we were expected to be working quite hard.
A suprisingly large amount, each of my experiements could cost over 5000pounds.
I think the skills i have gained will be invaluable for me, especially as I am planning to do a PhD.
The Company
It was relatively quiet,
Very well organised.
I was sent on multiple courses and training days.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Subsidised Canteen
Financial Bonus
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I would love to come back if they will have me!
The Culture
Yes we regularly had social events and parties.
I was living in Stevenage which is very cheap (compared to london)
It was pretty bad.
Not that many, it was mainly for you to do in your own time.
