  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Overall it was a nice experience. Really gave me an insight to the world of work. Also lots of interns here so a chance to make friends and also get involved in social activities.

    • My colleagues offered me support when it was needed and understood that I would make mistakes.

    • IBM is very flexible so most of my team are not located in the same office as me. Although we are not in the same location, I still received some reasonable support.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

    • At the beginning of my placement, there were times I was busy and times I wasn't busy at all. But after 3 months, things started picking up and I had more responsibility. Towards the end of my placement, I was busy on a daily basis.

    • I was given quite a bit of responsibility as the work I was given was very important to other peoples work and the process of the team.
