The Role
I had a fantastic time working for MMUK, I was given lots of opportunities and by making the most of them was given even more.
I was made very welcome and treated like any other employee and not just like the tea boy!
Management gave me many opportunities and trusted and valued my opnion and decisions.
I was busy enough to be able to manage my time effectively but the placement went very quickly because of it!
I was very suprised on the level of responsibility. I was left to make decisions by myself and also worked with the suppliers of grape offering advice and support.
Without doubt it was the turning point in my unversity career which defined my choices post-graduation and gave me a number of skills which I now use in my graduate job.
The Company
I spent alot of time abroad but also worked in the office. The mood was great - especially at Christmas time when things are busy but everyone is festive
Well Structured, but moulded to your requirements which are discussed at interview.

Company Parties/Events
Got a graduate job as a technical assistant. It's fantastic!
The Culture
The company normally employs 1-2 placement students but there are quite a lot of graduates - 22 - 25 working for the company.
Cambridge / Newmarket are the best places to go out - lots of nightlife and student people to go out with but it's not the cheapest place to go out.
Loads to do in the local area.
