The Role
The Company
A nice and friendly atmosphere, with a great community of colleagues.
Very well set up, with a strong HR and recruitment side. Work plans are well planned and accomodate a whole range of possible skills.
Many training courses are available (which I am still to take advantage of), and many induction courses, so learning about the placement and the work involved within the placement is easy to find out.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Very uncertain as the government are making large cuts.
The Culture
Many meetings occur between placement students as we have involvement in Christmas party organising, and studewnt recruitment for next year. Between colleagues there are many social events that occur, drinking socials, as well as, sporting activities.
Moving to another part of the country wasn't cheap, but I am still managing to save money from my wages.
Very good.
Many outside work conferences, not much on the social side.
