The Role
Enjoyed some of the people I worked with, great opportunities offered by IBM, good insight to workplace, but did not enjoy the repetitive tasks I was given.
Depends on the person. Some colleagues I found great and they really appreciated my work and always asked me for help. Others criticized it and took credit for it.
Very little support from Line Manager, apart from criticism through emails and constant monitoring of my work/time management. I would have succeeded much more in this environment if I felt I had this support.
Reasonably busy, seemed to come in waves. Some days I would have to search for it, other days I would feel overwhelmed.
Very little responsibility, did not expand as the role progressed either. Main role involved reporting/ copy and pasting.
The interpersonal skills I have learned have been extremely beneficial to me this year. However, as far as on the job skills go - very little will benefit me. I think the key thing I learned is how to work in a large organisation.

Reasonably good, some jobs within the organization are actually very appealing. However, benefits are still minimal.
The Culture
Social scene was ok, but tended to be team focused.
Very expensive (Central London)
Not great, but 10 minute journey and there were plenty of good places to visit.
Fair amount of opportunities including the corporate games.
