The Role
Since it had an assessment day, the days preceding it were quite stressful.
My supervisor did not seem to want a vac scheme student around, but the rest of the department were welcoming.
The HR team were helpful.
When there were talks it was busy, but there wasn't much to do in the department.
I was given small and clerical tasks, often with the secretaries.
The talks were helpful, especially since they covered many practice areas.
The Company
The other staff didn't seem particularly enthusiastic about their jobs.
Very well organised.
They gave presentations and treated us well.
Company Parties/Events
Some of us will be offered jobs.
The Culture
Definitely after the assessment day.
The firm helped out.
I didn't try it!
We weren't there long enough.
