The Role
I enjoyed it alot, the responasbility and work I completed was such a brillant experiance
I was allowed my own project with my own input to decide where I went, which was great!
I was given alot of support by the team, with everyone willing to help when I needed it
Very busy, but I did have to balance uni work with placement work
I was given projects to complete myself when I was confident with the lab work I was doing, and could decide the work to complete.
I developed my practical skills massively, as well as my personal skills of being in the workplace
The Company
Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, but also very busy
Mostly good, but commuication and visits from the placement coordinator was not great
They invested time in terms of project, but in terms of training there wasn't much

The Culture
Yep, we all lived together and socailized together
Very high, as we were living in Cambridge
Pretty standard, nothing special though
I am a Scout leader and there were loads of groups around!
