The Role
Have learnt additional skills to the ones I already had from university, such as how to plan experiments and how to use an research papers, which I will be able to use in my final year of university and in future scientific employment.
The Company
Was able and encouraged to attend discussion groups and talks.

The Culture
There was a group within the compony that organised events for students, graduates and apprentices. Some events were social such as pub trips, BBQ and chinese new year celebration and some events were formal which provided addition information about the industry.
