The Role
I was able to achieve a lot while on my placement which made it enjoyable for me
Gaining colleagues respect helped me to feel valued within the organisation
Guidance was provided throughout and helped me to achieve my potential
I had a full days work every day and rarely was given too much or too little to do
After gaining respect from colleagues i am happy to say that my responsibility was greatly increased
A lot of the skills gained will be valuable in any job, such as communication skills and people management, but there was not enough course specific work
The Company
Generally very positive
The organisation was very good, and felt like a well intergrated process
There were several training programmes completed, it could have potentially been increased
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Future employment is positive due to increased demand for vehicles
The Culture
Very well organised social side from the very start
Relatively cheap compared to London
Quite poor in Luton, but London is not too far away
Lots of activities organised
