The Role
the work style and enviroment
i ran some projects to improve the processes and played suporting roles within the office
I dont think more support could even be possible, for example my boss took me to the hospital and sat with me in a and e after i hurt myself, then brought me back to work for my stuff and bike then took me back home
depends on howmany of my projects need work doing on them
i was incharge of purchasing for the office
Mainly communication has improved but also I have seen improvements in my work mentality and analitical skills
The Company
Light hearted and good humored when they werent too busy
I had to orginise myself after induction but still its all gone well
they more invested in my ideas, i saw little extra training
Flexi Time
Company Car
Its not something i would make a career out of but the expirince has been good
The Culture
the occational curry night
fairly high
same as any student area
i joined up with some of the local uni clubs
