The Role
I enjoyed the year massively. You have to put in some long hours and some real effort but the rewards are great on a personal and professional level.
I loved the team I worked with. From the first day I was welcomed and I consider them my friends.
My management team were very supportive and very approachable. If I had a problem they would guide me and I was never afraid to ask for help.
The placement was very busy. I liked that we were busy as it made the day go quicker.
I was given some big responsibilities during my year. The responsibilities were not just left with me to cope but they give you the opportunity to see if you can exceed your expectations and take on greater roles.
My skills developed massively on a personal level. I feel I am better adapted to dealing with people. My time management has also improved
The Company
Great place to have fun bu work is always getting done
From start to finish I was looked after.
The company is very good at training and its not just initially. Throughout the year they keep you trained up and develop your skills.
