The Role
I had a great time working for HP at OCP, I would highly recommend the role!
All supervisors and management, as well as HP employees, were always supportive and treated me like a valued colleague. They were always interested in what I was getting up to and it felt like they valued my efforts.
My supervisor gave me a load of ideas and expectations at during initial training. Througout the year support was available when needed and I was also randomly given different tasks to complete, which was good to bring a fresh approach to my campaign,
The campaign takes place over the course of the academic year, so you were busy depending on when your activities took place.
Entire responsibility for a campaign at my university!
My degree was in Advertising and Marketing Communications, so it provided an ideal opportunity to put what I've been learning into practice, as well as provide further experience, useful when applying for employment.

It was organised well. We were provided with all the materials required to build a successful campaign, as well as regular updates of our progress and what was expected of us throughout the year.
They gave me the opportunity to build my own marketing campaign, providing me with great contacts at HP to assist me, ensuring that I never felt isolated from the company I was representing!

The Culture
Other students at the HP training day and especially those met at the RMP awards were all very easy to get on with, and I made a few friends at both!
