The Role
It was a continuing learning experience!
Everyone one treats you as a Full Time Employee
I didn't have the most attentive manager, but the mentoring programme aligned me to some amazing individuals that gave me the opportunities to grow professionally.
VERY busy but on a good way. You are given the chance to choose how much to take in.
They treat you as a full time employee
I could apply everything I learned on the year to my studies and career development
The Company
amazing, I met an amazing group of individuals who were more than just colleagues. The intern community is the best network I have ever had. Everyone is chilled and trustworthy and ready to help you in anyway. Best atmosphere ever.
I kind of had to organise it myself as the workload increased and shape the role to what I wanted to do, not very organised.
You are allowed to take lots of certificates for the industry and, according to your role, different specific training course. Throughout the year Microsoft runs a lot of seminars, courses and training sessions for both career and life development

Amazing, the Grad scheme is very well remunerated and allows you to get fastracked into the company!
The Culture
The intern community is the best network I have ever had.
I was based in Reading. Rents are usually between 340/400 £ a month bills excluded.
It is all right. There is a variety of different clubs in town. Being a Uni city there are a lot of students. The good thing about Reading is that is 30 mins from London. Been to many concerts and nights out in London
So many!
