The Role
Had a great time. given as much responsibility as I chose to take on and given so much flexibility.
I went through spells of being busy extremely busy and spells of being slightly less busy, which was nice. Make no mistake though, there's always something to do
Given a lot of responsibility. The better I performed, the more responsibility I was given. Felt like I was important piece.
I've developed so many skills. I've even earned 3 professional qualifications for free and there's hundreds available to all interns.
The Company
Atmosphere was amazing. As long as employees complete work to a high standard, there's freedom to chat or even go and play pool or table football.
Very well structured with various events throughout the year to bring the intern community together.
The firm invest in every intern with hundreds of exams and training opportunities.

Very good, there's various routes back into the organisation from Full Time Employee Roles, to Contractor Roles, to the MACH Graduate Scheme.
The Culture
Social life has been my favourite aspect of the year. It's like a University away from University.
Cost of living was good, with plenty of Microsoft discounts
Nightlife was really good, something to do every weekday or weekend if you chose to!
Opportunities to get involved outside of work were unlimited!
