The Role
I had a fantastic year at Microsoft
I felt like a valued member of the team and was never once referred to as the intern or made to feel that way. In fact, being an intern probably brought me more opportunities!
It varies between times of the year and team changes/restructes but all up the support and guidance was there. I found that through the multiple mentors I had, I got a lot more support.
As busy as I made myself'; the culture, flexibility and opportunities meant that it was literally in my hands how busy I wanted to be; most of the time this was pretty busy!
Tonnes.
Massively. It's quite amazing how you much you actually learn 'on the job' and couldn't imagine myself having not had this experience now!
The Company
Very positive; the culture is incredible
It varied throughout the year and was very depended on which part of the financial year we were in

Working from home
Hugely appealing; I will be applying back in the future for Graduate opportunities!
The Culture
It really varied between where you were based, for me, yes definitely! It's a very open place to work so relationships naturally flourish.
It was OK.
Yes, from sports, to other events related to gaming, development, mentoring, all sorts.
