The Role
Definite value was taken from my placement at MS I've learnt new skills and developed existing ones.
I didn't just feel like an 'intern' I felt like a regular employee throughout the company
my manager was very supportive and in fact helped me extend my contract at MS so I could gain more experience
a busy as I would expect to be in a standard job
I was given the same amount of responsibility as a regular employee, some of the intern perks made responsibility more than that of a normal employee
they will help my technical understanding and will help me out on my course and also after uni
The Company
generally very friendly and very open, everybody is very welcoming
pretty well organised, considering there was 120 interns in my year it was all co-ordinated even though the interns where spread across multiple sites
they invested a lot in me, training, skills, extra projects,

The Culture
yes fellow students were well integrated together the social scene is very important at MS
reading is more expensive than my home town, but that's purely because its close to London and further south.
reading nightlife was good but not amazing when compared with my hometown
