The Role
I loved my placement and didn't want it to end.
I felt I was a valued and respected member of my team and department.
If I ever had a problem, or needed help my manager fully supported me and was always more than happy to help me, she also took the time to advise me on extra opportunities I should get involved and provide me with contacts.
I was treated like any other member of the team and had a large workload.
The amount of responsibility given to me shocked me at first! Being an intern didn't prevent me from being given big responsibilities. .
The Company
Fun and very collaborative, I really liked how if you had a question for someone you could just walk over to the desk and talk to them about it and build a good rapport with lots of other employees, the majority of whom are very friendly.

The Culture
We all socialise together every weekend and very close friendships have been formed.
The rent for a house was very reasonable!
There is something for everyone although the same clubs every weekend can get a bit tedious.
