The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement year. I gained a lot of knowledge and skills in the business sector. I liked the flexibility of choosing my own modules.
On the whole I felt valued my colleagues. I was treated as a member of staff rather than a placement student. I felt involved throughout.
I felt very supported throughout. Whenever I needed help or advice my supervisor was always there. Cannot fault them.
On the whole I was kept very busy. Whenever I had finished a task I had another to move onto.
I feel I was given a lot of responsibility throughout. I was in charge of certain tasks in each module and was responsible for them throughout. I liked the responsibility I had.
It allowed me to put into practise what I had learned at University and see it in reality. I have improved my own personal skills which will definitely help me in the future.
The Company
Atmospheres in my offices were always warm and welcoming and a fun environment
It was very well organised and I received a plan for my full placement at the very beginning.
I received necessary training for each department and had time spent on me to improve my knowledge.
