The Role
Great Placement
Awesome Team, really supportive by not only your manager but also your entire team and department. Treated like a full time standard employee
Lots of guidance off my manager and team, training is given and your department is very supportive.
Lots to do if you want to do it, many projects given to you but if you want your day to go quicker so you have lots to do, ask or use your initiative.
Treated like a normal member of staff so lots of responsibility given.
Learnt so much which I can take back to University and into Life!
The Company
Most people in the office great fun. Very relaxed culture, open plan hot desking, so you soon network with everyone.
They are old hands at it so run it very well now.
Quite well, under a lot of pressure to make cuts this year so not as much training as normal.
