The Role
GSK is a unique company to work for, with a wide range of roles that can suite many skill sets.
The people the surround and support you throughout your year and fantastic.
The support and training that you are given can be used in many different situations as well as the role you are given. There are also professional thraining courses available.
As long as you go looking for work instead of just sitting around waiting to be given work then you will always be busy.
The different applications that I was trained to support carried delicate and sensitive data.
The experience and knowledge theat I have gained throughout my year's placement is invaluable.
The Company
The people I worked with were brilliant, there was never a dull moment in the office.
The placement scheme has been running for many years and so is well developed.
You are at GSK to learn and to get what you want out of the placement, so the company tries to help your development as much as possible.
Flexi Time

Working from home
If you build a possitive reputation within the company there are many opportunities to come back. There are graduate placement schemes and students have also been known to come back as contract workers.
The Culture
Each department has an events planning team that plan social get togethers.
