The Role
It has been a great stay so far, with a friendly relaxed atmosphere.
I have been accepted well by my colleagues and my input and opinion is valued as much as anyone elses.
My manager has been great in supporting me through everything, whilst letting me get on with my work on my own and being there when I need assistance.
Project work and ad hoc work means that some days you are busier than others and there are some quiet days, but on the whole I have been kept busy enough.
I was given a great amount of responsibility with presenting and taking on project work, making me feel valued.
I think that this has been a great experience for me, and all of the skills and training done here should be directly transferable to other jobs in the future and provide me with experience to aid me in my final year of my degree.
The Company
There is a great atmosphere in the office and there's a friendly working environment
Thee work placement scheme here is highly refined and has been running for a number of years, meaning they know what they are doing, it is structured, the managers are aware of what they want out of it and the student community is strong.
The company have provided me with any work experience I have seeked, and promised to help me gain skills that will help me greatly in the future. Given the vast range of work that I have been involved in so far, this has help me greatly as well.

Working from home
Whilst the future is fairly bleak in general at the moment, I would actively seek coming back here in the future, with career progression for a company this size achievable.
The Culture
There is a strong student community here, with 50+ placement students.
I was living in Greater London, so you would expect costs to be higher, although we got a fair deal on the house, and if you manage your money right then there are no problems.
Again, living here and this close to London there is a great nightlife should you wish to make the most of it and there's always something to do whether in the evening or the day.
I have been involved in a few different activities outside of work, but mainly football which is organised a few times a week and the opportunities in general are there to be taken advantage of.
