The Role
Thoroughly enjoyed my year at Pfizer, have been given great opportunities in terms of marketing and commercial experience, was given training throughout the year and developed many transferable skills
Valued highly within teams and never felt like an intern
Given a lot of support when I started and throughout the year if I needed it
Very busy every day!
Led on national marketing campaigns, support from line manager when needed but very much made my own decisions
Received training throughout the year on a wide variety of areas including marketing, finance, multi channel, customer insight, sharepoint etc.
The Company
Great people in the office made my time really enjoyable, all really happy to help and great fun to work with
The set up was fairly well set up, wasn't given vast amount of support beforehand but the HR team have been working really hard this year to improve things and I know they've made great progress
I attended all the same training and events as my colleagues despite being an intern, the company invested enormous amounts in me
